Please refer to the following information if you want to uninstall Adora Kids (child app) after deleting the parent account.
If only one parent is registered
■For Android devices
Once the parent account is deleted, the child account is also automatically deleted. You can then uninstall Adora Kids from the child’s device.
■For iOS devices (Apple devices)
If Screen Time is configured to restrict app deletion, Adora Kids cannot be uninstalled. Please change the Screen Time settings to allow app deletion before uninstalling Adora Kids.

If multiple parents are registered
Parent accounts are deleted individually. If there is still a parent account that has not been deleted, please use the email address and password associated with that account.
