What should I do if I see “Unable to Process Request” on my iPhone and cannot complete the payment?

If Adora (Parent App) displays an error message such as “Unable to Process Request” and you are unable to complete the payment, please try the following:

What to Try

1. Re-enter your payment information
Remove and re-add your current payment method, then try again. If possible, please try a different payment method.

2. Make sure VPN is turned off
Settings > General > VPN & Device Management > VPN
Please confirm that it shows Not Connected.

3. Check for payment restrictions
Please ensure that there are no restrictions set for in-app purchases or subscriptions.
If purchase restrictions are enabled, the payment cannot be completed.
