Adora is an application that goes beyond the standard features of conventional child smartphone management apps.
It identifies issues arising from smartphone use, supports early detection and resolution, and helps protect children from potential online risks.
Adora has been developed as a highly reliable and practical solution through app pilot programs conducted in collaboration with the Aichi Prefectural Police and Shibuya City, data-driven research carried out with the cooperation of Fujita Health University, and the application of expert knowledge from pediatricians and child psychology researchers.
Adora offers a comprehensive set of features designed to support children in using smartphones safely.
[Features]
・Unsafe Text Alert
This feature uses AI to detect bullying, harassment, or abusive messages on social media and messaging apps, and sends alerts to parents.
・New Connection Detection
This feature displays people your child has chatted with on supported SNS apps within the past 7 days.
If your child starts a conversation with someone they have never chatted with before, that person will be shown as a “new connection” for 7 days. This feature helps parents quickly notice interactions with unfamiliar users.
・Unsafe Image Detection
This feature uses AI to detect sexual or inappropriate images that a child has taken or saved and notifies parents. This feature helps prevent sexual harm before it occurs.
・Screen Time Management
This feature allows parents to set limits on app usage time to prevent excessive screen time.
・Purchase Block
This feature prevents payments when a child taps in-app purchase buttons in games or attempts to download paid apps.
・Map
This feature allows parents to check their child’s current location in real time, enabling safe monitoring.
・Map History

・Arrival & Departure Alerts
This feature sends notifications to parents when their child arrives at or leaves registered locations such as home, school, or cram school.
・Smombie Detection (*1)
This feature restricts the use of specific apps while the child is walking to help ensure safety.
・LINE VOOM Block (*2)
This feature allows parents to restrict only the LINE VOOM (short video) feature.
