Yes, Adora can be used together with Screen Time
However, please note the following:
・During the initial setup, or if the same restrictions are configured in both Screen Time and Adora Screen Time, conflicts may occur.
・Apps that are set to Always Allowed in Screen Time cannot be restricted by Adora Screen Time. If you want to restrict these apps, first remove them from the Always Allowed list in Screen Time, and then configure the rules in Adora Screen Time.

As shown in the image above, if apps such as Instagram, LINE, or YouTube are set as Always Allowed, they cannot be restricted by Adora Screen Time.
