If you see the message “Please enter a valid email address” and cannot create a parent account, please check the following:
Make sure all letters are entered in half-width characters (not full-width).
Make sure symbols such as “@” and “.” are also entered in half-width characters.
Check that there are no extra spaces before or after the email address.
