What should I do if the QR code is not displayed after reinstalling the app?

If previous account data (cache) remains on the child’s device, the QR code may not appear even after reinstalling the app. In this case, please try clearing the app cache.

Steps to clear the cache

Settings >Apps >Adora Kids >Storage & Cache

Menu names and steps may vary depending on the device.

If the QR code is still not displayed after clearing the cache, please also try clearing the app storage.
