What should I do if I’m unable to scan the QR code?

If the QR code cannot be scanned, please check the following:

  • The QR code is valid for five minutes after it is generated.

  • When scanning the QR code, please use the scanner within Adora (parent app).

If the issue continues after checking the above, please contact Adora Customer Support and include a screenshot of the error screen.
